Abusaron sexualmente de una mujer durante la mañana de hoy en plena calle

La víctima tiene 59 años y vive a pocos metros de donde fue abusada. El agresor fue detenido y liberado, tiene 17 años y problemas psiquiátricos.

La mujer contó a las autoridades que durante la mañana de este domingo 26 de febrero de 2023 estaba caminando por la vereda de calle 25 de mayo, a metros de Brown, cuando fue abordada por un joven que la toma desde atrás y la lleva hasta un pasillo. Ya en ese lugar comenzó a manosearla y por la fuerza intenta quitarle la  bombacha.

La mujer comenzó a gritar y pedir auxilio por lo que el atacante terminó asustándose y sale corriendo del lugar.

Inmediatamente los peritos de la policía se pusieron a trabajar en el lugar del hecho donde, entre otras cosas, lograron recolectar filmaciones de cámaras de seguridad en los alrededores, entrevistas a testigos y otros elementos que consideran de interés para la causa.

Con las evidencias en la mano, los peritos del personal del Área de Género de la Agencia de Investigaciones, junto a la AITP y la VGR.IV lograron identificar a quien sería el autor. Se trata de un joven de 17 años cuyas iniciales son T.V.G. y que presenta una patología de trastornos psicóticos agudos.

El menor fue puesto a disposición de la Jueza de Menores, Dra. Griselda Delbon quien ordenó que se le atribuya el delito de abuso y que una vez terminados los trámites continúe en libertad bajo la responsabilidad de su progenitora.

Quedó secuestrada la ropa que tenía el agresor al momento del ataque. Una remera mangas cortas azul, con un dibujo del lado derecho y con el logo de la marca Adidas y un short negro con un cordón blanco en la cintura y de marca USH.

The woman told the authorities that during the morning of this Sunday, February 26, 2023, she was walking along the sidewalk of 25 de Mayo Street, a few meters away from Brown Street, when she was approached by a young man who grabbed her from behind and took her to a corridor. Once there, he began to grope her and forcibly tried to take off her panties.

The woman began to scream and ask for help so the attacker ended up getting scared and ran out of the place.

Immediately the police experts began to work at the scene where, among other things, they were able to collect security camera footage from the surrounding area, interviews with witnesses and other elements considered of interest to the case.

With the evidence in hand, the experts of the Gender Area of the Investigation Agency, together with the AITP and the VGR.IV were able to identify the perpetrator. The perpetrator is a 17 year-old boy whose initials are T.V.G. and who presents a pathology of acute psychotic disorders.

The minor was placed at the disposal of the Judge for Minors, Dr. Griselda Delbon, who ordered that the crime of abuse be attributed to him and that once the formalities were completed, he would continue to be released under the responsibility of his mother.

The clothes that the aggressor was wearing at the time of the attack were seized. A blue short-sleeved T-shirt with a drawing on the right side and with the Adidas logo and black shorts with a white drawstring at the waist and USH brand.
