Murió electrocutado intentando rescatar su pelota de la casa del vecino

El adolescente de 15 años estaba jugando al fútbol con unos vecinos. Intentó trepar una pared y tocó unos cables que le dieron un choque eléctrico.

Un adolescente de 15 años murió electrocutado el sábado pasado cuando fue a buscar su pelota a la casa de un vecino. El hecho sucedió en la provincia de Neuquén.

El joven estaba jugando al fútbol con unos amigos en la calle, precisamente en el barrio 50 Viviendas, en la ciudad de Zapala. Fue a las 20 cuando el balón cruzó la medianera de una vivienda de la zona.

José María Álvarez quiso recuperarla, pero no lo logró: mientras intentaba treparse por la pared, tocó unos cables que le dieron un choque eléctrico. Un grupo de médicos lo asistieron, quisieron reanimarlo, pero el chico perdió la vida.

Según informaron medios locales, la casa en la que cayó el balón estaba cerrada con candado y no había nadie. Por tal motivo, no pidió la pelota, sino que intentó trepar por la pared.

Exigen mayor control en las conexiones eléctricas por la muerte del joven en Neuquén

Debido a la muerte del joven en Neuquén, el vicedirector del colegio en el que estudiaba, EPET N°11 de Zapala, pidió un mayor control en las conexiones eléctricas.

“La primera pregunta que nos tenemos que hacer es cuál es el aprendizaje social que tenemos sobre una pérdida de un joven por electrocución. Sería importante que esta muerte deje un aprendizaje a la sociedad, tenemos que honrar a este joven y profundizar por qué siguen ocurriendo muertes por electricidad”, expresó Mario Arturo Chanampa.

“No quiero entrar en el terreno de la culpabilidad, sino en el aprendizaje social. Como sociedad, ¿hasta cuándo vamos a esperar de madurar como Estado? Necesitamos profesionales para crear de una vez por todas un colegio profesional de técnicos eléctricos, que regulen las conexiones dentro de la vivienda. Hoy una instalación eléctrica la puede hacer cualquiera, pero el gas por ejemplo no. ¿Por qué?”, sumó.

Y concluyó: “Creo que esa es la manera que tenemos de poder honrar esta vida, podamos buscar que la sociedad aprenda a tomar conciencia sobre el riesgo y uso de los elementos de protección en las instalaciones eléctricas. Sabemos que somos una provincia joven, pero necesitamos tomar esto como un aprendizaje y generar la creación de instituciones que puedan garantizar que no se pierdan vidas humanas por la electricidad”.

La institución educativa permaneció cerrada este lunes por duelo.
