Empresarios en contra de que el Jaaukanigás sea un Parque Nacional

La conversión del Sitio Ramyar Jaaukanigás en Parque Nacional es impulsada con fuerza por la Municipalidad de Reconquista y el gobierno provincial, pero se encuentra con una fuerte resistencia por parte del sector empresarial, que ha emitido un comunicado expresando su posición.

CORENOSA se opone a la entrega del patrimonio provincial

Tras conocerse el Proyecto de Ley Provincial “Parque Nacional Jaaukanigás”, desde CORENOSA nos oponemos a la entrega del patrimonio provincial que se pretende realizar a través de esta norma, basada en la Ley Nacional No 22.351 de Parques Nacionales, Monumentos Naturales y Reservas Nacionales y la Ley Provincial No 12.175 del Sistema Provincial de Áreas Naturales Protegidas.

¿Por qué?

Porque es una cesión de dominio y Jurisdicción de miles de hectáreas de Santa Fe al Gobierno nacional para que concrete un Parque Nacional, como lo expresa la ley en el Artículo 1: Facúltase al Poder Ejecutivo a disponer la cesión a favor del Estado Nacional, con destino a la creación del Parque Nacional “Jaaukanigás”, bajo la figura de Parque o Reserva Nacional, la jurisdicción y el dominio de los siguientes inmuebles de dominio fiscal provincial.

¿Qué significa esto?

Significa que, entregadas las tierras al gobierno nacional, todo pasará a ser propiedad (dominio) de la Nación y a regularse, controlarse y autorizarse (jurisdicción) por burócratas radicados en Buenos Aires.

Consideramos que de aprobarse este proyecto de ley estaremos renunciando al federalismo y a la autonomía provincial, pudiendo los habitantes y funcionarios del norte santafesino seguir administrando y cuidando nuestras islas, vivir en ellas, criar ganado, pescar, realizar deportes, ofrecer y practicar el turismo sin la intervención de funcionarios que viven a 800 kilómetros. Los mismos que deciden sobre nuestras exportaciones e importaciones, y centralizan los vuelos.

Nos oponemos a entregar el corazón de 500.000 hectáreas de nuestras mejores tierras e instamos a todo el norte santafesino a defenderlas de las intenciones de eliminar las autonomías provinciales y municipales, y de nuestro derecho de vivir y producir responsablemente en nuestras islas.

Si queremos un Parque, hagámoslo nosotros y que sea Provincial, administrado y creado por la Provincia y los Municipios.

Businessmen against Jaaukanigás becoming a National Park

The conversion of the Ramyar Jaaukanigás Site into a National Park is strongly promoted by the Municipality of Reconquista and the provincial government, but is strongly resisted by the business sector, which has issued a communiqué expressing its position.

CORENOSA opposes the handing over of the provincial patrimony

After learning about the Provincial Bill “Jaaukanigás National Park”, from CORENOSA we oppose the handing over of the provincial patrimony that is intended to be carried out through this norm, based on the National Law No 22.351 of National Parks, Natural Monuments and National Reserves and the Provincial Law No 12.175 of the Provincial System of Natural Protected Areas.

Why?

Because it is a transfer of domain and Jurisdiction of thousands of hectares of Santa Fe to the National Government for the creation of a National Park, as expressed in Article 1 of the law: “The Executive Power is empowered to transfer to the National State, for the creation of the “Jaaukanigás” National Park, under the figure of National Park or Reserve, the jurisdiction and domain of the following properties of provincial fiscal domain.

What does this mean?

It means that, once the lands are handed over to the national government, everything will become property (domain) of the Nation and will be regulated, controlled and authorized (jurisdiction) by bureaucrats based in Buenos Aires.

We consider that if this bill is approved, we will be renouncing federalism and provincial autonomy, and the inhabitants and officials of northern Santa Fe will be able to continue to administer and take care of our islands, live on them, raise cattle, fish, practice sports, offer and practice tourism without the intervention of officials who live 800 kilometers away. The same ones who decide on our exports and imports, and centralize flights.

We are opposed to handing over the heart of 500,000 hectares of our best lands and we urge the whole north of Santa Fe to defend them from the intentions of eliminating provincial and municipal autonomies, and our right to live and produce responsibly in our islands.

If we want a Park, let’s make it ourselves and let it be Provincial, administered and created by the Province and the Municipalities.
