Encontraron muerto en un basural a un delincuente que quiso robarle a un gendarme

El ladrón había escapado con una herida de bala en el tórax cuando el efectivo se defendió. Tenía antecedentes.

Efectivos policiales encontraron el cadáver de un delincuente en un basural de Ezpeleta, en el partido de Quilmes. Se trata de los restos de un hombre que había intentado asaltar a un gendarme y que escapó con una herida de bala en el tórax.

El cuerpo de Sergio Emmanuel Pacheco, de 36 años, fue encontrado en la calle Luis Agote, entre Martín Rodríguez y O’Higgins. Se trata de una zona que está al costa de un cementerio privado en la que se encuentran algunas pequeñas fábricas.

Quien dio con el cadáver fue un vecino de la zona, cerca de las 7 de la mañana del sábado. Estaba tapado por escombros, descartes y animales muertos, ya sin vida.

De esa manera, alertó a la línea 911 y fue así que llegaron al lugar los policías de la Comisaría 3era. de Quilmes.

“Estaba tirado de costado, con una mano abajo del cuerpo, y la otra arriba. Pensé que era un animal, pero me venía arrimando y veo unas piernas”, expresó Francisco, el vecino que lo encontró, en diálogo con Crónica TV.

En principio, se desconocía la identidad del cuerpo. Fue la fiscal Karina Gallo, quien encabeza la Unidad Funcional de Instrucción (UFI) 4 de Quilmes, la que vinculó al hombre con el sujeto que había querido robarle a un gendarme de 23 años en San Francisco Solano, horas atrás.

El gendarme, que presta servicio en el barrio Puerta de Hierro, en La Matanza, brindó detalles del intento de robo. Según su relato, el delincuente se bajó de un vehículo y quiso sacarle sus pertenencias, pero se resistió y le disparó con su arma reglamentaria.

Con una herida en el pecho, Pacheco se subió a su auto y fue asistido por al menos un cómplice.

Gallo utilizó la declaración del gendarme y el monitoreo de cámaras de seguridad del municipio y logró identificarlo. La principal hipótesis del caso es que su cómplice lo descartó en el basural.

Pacheco había estado preso en la Unidad Penitenciaria 23 de Florencio Varela hasta octubre de 2021 por “robo agravado”. Además, contaba con una causa por “resistencia a la autoridad”.
