Es que en fecha 01.8.2022 se iniciaron las actuaciones “FELDMAN, Gustavo -abogado- s/ Su Presentación” EXPTE. CUIJ N° 21-17623644-9 – Ley 7050, las cuales se encuentran actualmente en trámite ante el Máximo Tribunal.
Asimismo, resuelve remitir todo el expediente y sus anexos al Juez Civil y Comercial de la 3ra. Nominación de Reconquista, quien está a cargo del Dr. Ramiro AVILE CRESPO, quien asumió recientemente en el cargo de juez el 11 de octubre del año pasado y que recién se está poniendo al día con todos los juicios que estaban paralizados debido a que ese Juzgado estuvo sin Juez durante mas de dos años debido a la Jubilación de su anterior Jueza la Dra. Margarita Cismondi.
Es por eso que se esperan momentos decisivos para lo que pueda suceder en los próximos días sobre el futuro de la compañía.
