Concurso Vicentin: Solicitan información a la fiscalía de Rosario

Vicentin informó que tiene las mayorías legales

Aunque se excusó por violencia moral el viernes pasado, el expediente judicial aún no ha sido entregado a su colega, el Dr. Ramiro Avile Crespo.

El viernes antes de su excusación, se tomó una medida que consistió en ordenar a la Fiscalía Especial del M.P.A. de Rosario, a cargo del Fiscal Moreno, que informe sobre el estado actual de la causa penal denominada “REPRESENTANTES DE VICENTÍN S/ ESTAFA” (EXPTE. CUIJ N° 21-08421855-0), incluyendo los sujetos imputados, la fecha de audiencia de juicio (si se ha fijado), las medidas cautelares emitidas y vigentes en el marco de la causa, los detalles de los bienes cautelados, la duración de las medidas, las revisiones, la existencia de otras causas relacionadas y cualquier otro dato relevante.

El Dr. Diego Escudero, secretario del Juzgado de la 2da. Nominación, ha enviado la solicitud correspondiente al M.P.A. de Rosario, por lo que se aguarda información actualizada sobre el caso penal en cuestión en breve.

The reorganization proceeding of Vicentin SAIC is still in the hands of Judge Fabian Lorenzini.

Although he excused himself for moral violence last Friday, the judicial file has not yet been handed over to his colleague, Dr. Ramiro Avile Crespo.

On Friday before his excusal, a measure was taken which consisted in ordering the Special Prosecutor’s Office of the M.P.A. of Rosario, in charge of Prosecutor Moreno, to report on the current status of the criminal case called “REPRESENTANTES DE VICENTÍN S/ ESTAFA” (EXPTE. CUIJ N° 21-08421855-0), including the subjects charged, the date of trial hearing (if set), the precautionary measures issued and in force within the framework of the case, the details of the assets seized, the duration of the measures, the revisions, the existence of other related cases and any other relevant data.

Dr. Diego Escudero, secretary of the 2nd Nomination Court, has sent the corresponding request to the M.P.A. of Rosario, so updated information on the criminal case in question is expected shortly.
