Alberto Fernández encabeza la Asamblea Legislativa junto a Cristina Kirchner

En medio de las tensiones que existen entre la Casa Rosada y el kirchnerismo, el jefe de Estado encabezará su cuarto y último discurso para dejar inaugurado el 141° Período de Sesiones Ordinarias en el Congreso de la Nación.

El presidente Alberto Fernández encabezará hoy su cuarto y último discurso ante la Asamblea Legislativa para dejar inaugurado el 141° Período de Sesiones Ordinarias en el Congreso de la Nación, oportunidad en la que se volverá a ver cara a cara con la vicepresidenta Cristina Kirchner en medio de los conflictos internos que atraviesa el Frente de Todos por las candidaturas electorales.

“Va a ser una actividad protocolar en la que se van a encontrar el Presidente y la Vicepresidenta, no le busquen más vuelta al tema”, sentenció a NA una importante fuente del Ejecutivo nacional, quien buscó bajar la expectativa que se generó alrededor del reencuentro público de los máximos dirigentes de la coalición gobernante.

El discurso de Fernández frente al Parlamento transcurrirá en medio de las tensiones que existen entre la Casa Rosada y el kirchnerismo, acentuadas por el armado electoral de cara a las elecciones de este año, sumado a que el Presidente deberá tomará asiento junto a Cristina Kirchner, con quien no comparte actividad desde hace meses.

Según supo NA, el jefe de Estado realizará “un repaso de los logros de su gestión y planteará los desafíos que quedan por delante”, a pocos meses de concluir con su tarea al frente del Ejecutivo nacional.

Desde Balcarce 50 anticiparon que la alocución de Fernández se extenderá al menos durante una hora y media, donde abordará una amplia gama de temas y reflotará algunos proyectos de ley que no fueron tratados por el Congreso de la Nación por negativa de la oposición.

En medio de la polémica por el pedido de juicio político contra los miembros de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, impulsado por el Ejecutivo nacional, los miembros del máximo tribunal resolvieron que serán representados en el Congreso por dos de los integrantes: Horacio Rosatti y Carlos Rosenkrantz.

En cuanto al discurso de Alberto Fernández ante la Asamblea Legislativa, el canciller Santiago Cafiero aseguró que tendrá “el objetivo de vencer el desánimo” y no aprovechará la oportunidad para “una cuestión electoral o partidaria”.

En declaraciones radiales, el funcionario nacional confirmó que no podrá asistir al Congreso por encontrarse cumpliendo con agenda oficial en el exterior del país, pero confió en que las palabras del jefe de Estado serán de tinte “esperanzador”.

De esta manera, Alberto Fernández dejará inaugurado el nuevo periodo de sesiones ordinarias en una ceremonia prevista para las 11, en el recinto de la Cámara de Diputados, donde Cristina Kirchner será la encargada de los rigores formales del acto y de recibir al mandatario en la explanada del Palacio Legislativo.

La ex mandataria, quien estará acompañada por la titular de la Cámara de Diputados Cecilia Moreau, será la encargada de escoltar al Presidente hasta el salón Azul del Senado de la Nación para la firma del libro de actas.

Fernández, quien en la tarde de este martes permaneció en la Residencia de Olivos para terminar los detalles finales de su último discurso, tendrá entre sus espectadores a los integrantes del Gabinete nacional, los gobernadores y miembros del Poder Judicial y de la diplomacia.

President Alberto Fernández will make his fourth and last speech before the Legislative Assembly today to inaugurate the 141st Ordinary Sessions of the National Congress, an opportunity in which he will meet again face to face with Vice-President Cristina Kirchner in the midst of the internal conflicts that the Frente de Todos is going through for the electoral candidacies.

In radio statements, the national official confirmed that he will not be able to attend the Congress due to his official agenda outside the country, but he was confident that the words of the Head of State will be “hopeful”.

Thus, Alberto Fernández will inaugurate the new period of ordinary sessions in a ceremony scheduled for 11 o’clock in the Chamber of Deputies, where Cristina Kirchner will be in charge of the formal rigors of the act and of receiving the President in the esplanade of the Legislative Palace.

The former President, who will be accompanied by the head of the Chamber of Deputies Cecilia Moreau, will be in charge of escorting the President to the Blue Room of the Senate for the signing of the minutes book.
